Xande Ribeiro recently visited Rafael Lovato’s academy to assist in a belt promotion for members of Lovato’s school. Heading the promotion was Rafael’s first Black Belt recipient Justin Rader! Congratulations to all of those who were promoted. During his stay there, Xande and Rafael gave us a glimpse of techniques to take the back with on film. Enjoy!
